"Liberty isn't given. It is taken back." Florida is the last bastion of freedom in a nation drifting toward statism. But we cannot coast on past victories. The federal government is bankrupt, the culture is broken, and the bureaucracy is weaponized. I am running to be the firewall between the regime in D.C. and the families of Florida. It is time to dismantle the administrative state and unleash the American spirit. I am the born and bred Floridian for Floridians.
LIST OF ISSUES
Education: Parental Rights & Ending Indoctrination

The system isn't broken; it's doing exactly what the government designed it to do. It’s time to break the monopoly.

  • Universal School Choice: Funding should follow the student, not the system. I advocate for the complete expansion of Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) so every Florida family can choose private, charter, or home schooling without government interference.
     

  • Defund DEI in Higher Ed: Public universities must be marketplaces of ideas, not factories for ideology. I will vote to strip all state funding for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" (DEI) bureaucracies that stifle free speech and promote division.
     

  • Curriculum Transparency: Parents have the absolute right to know what their children are being taught. I support legislation requiring all public school curricula and reading lists to be posted online for parental review.
     

  • Abolish the Department of Education (State Level Goal): I will work to minimize the Florida Department of Education’s footprint, returning control to local school boards and, ultimately, to parents.

Medical Freedom & Bodily Autonomy

​The era of "trust the experts" is over. We demand autonomy.

  • No Mandates, Ever: I will enshrine in the Florida Constitution a permanent ban on mask, vaccine, or medical testing mandates as a condition for employment, education, or commerce.
     

  • Right to Try: Patients with terminal or chronic illnesses should have the right to access experimental treatments without FDA interference. The government does not own your body.
     

  • Market-Based Healthcare: I will fight to repeal Certificate of Need (CON) laws that restrict the building of new hospitals and clinics, lowering costs through genuine competition.

Housing & Insurance: Free Market Solutions

Addressing Florida’s specific cost-of-living crises with deregulation.

  • Stop the Wall Street Takeover: Mega-corporations like Blackstone are turning Florida into a rental state by using government connections and cheap credit to outbid families. I will end all state-level corporate subsidies and tax breaks for institutional landlords holding single-family homes. If Wall Street wants to compete with Florida families for a house, they shouldn't get a taxpayer-funded head start.

  • Defang the Insurance Lawyers: Insurance rates are skyrocketing because of predatory litigation. I will implement "Loser Pays" laws to stop frivolous lawsuits that drain our insurance market and bankrupt homeowners.

Justice Reform: Liberty and Order

An American priority framed through a lens of fiscal responsibility and justice.

  • End the War on Drugs: Law enforcement resources should be focused on violent crime and property theft, not victimless crimes. I support the full legalization of cannabis and the expungement of non-violent marijuana convictions.
     

  • Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform: It is theft for the police to seize cash or property without a criminal conviction. I will abolish civil asset forfeiture in Florida.
     

  • Qualified Immunity Reform: Government agents must be held accountable when they violate the constitutional rights of citizens.

Gun Rights: The Second Amendment is Non-Negotiable

It is wild to me I have to say this to anyone, but the second amendment "shall not be infringed."
 

  • Expand Constitutional Carry: While permitless carry is a victory, I must go further. I advocate for the elimination of "gun-free zones" where law-abiding citizens are left defenseless.
     

  • Oppose Red Flag Laws: "Red Flag" laws violate due process by seizing property before a conviction. I will sponsor legislation to repeal these unconstitutional measures in Florida.
     

  • Nullification of Federal Overreach: State law enforcement should be prohibited from enforcing unconstitutional federal gun control measures.

The Economy: Unleashing the Free Market

The government doesn't create wealth. It only destroys it. It’s time to get the boot off the neck of the Florida worker.

  • Slash the Red Tape: Florida entrepreneurs are stifled by occupational licensing and zoning laws. I will launch a "Red Tape Reduction" commission to repeal two regulations for every new one proposed.
     

  • Property Tax Relief: You never truly own your home if you have to pay rent to the government forever. I will push for aggressive property tax cuts and cap assessment increases to protect seniors and working families from being priced out of their homes.
     

  • Sound Money & Crypto Freedom: Florida should be the crypto capital of the world. I oppose Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and will protect the right of Floridians to hold and trade Bitcoin and other digital assets without surveillance.
     

  • End Corporate Welfare: True capitalism means no bailouts and no special handouts. I will end subsidies for politically connected corporations. Success should be determined by merit, not lobbying.
